Formal attire, please note the bridal party will be wearing blue.

Day guests can arrive from 1pm and need to be seated in the ceremony hall by 1.30pm.

Yes there is ample parking at Bourton Hall.

When you RSVP to our wedding, you will be able to choose from a vegetarian or meat dish for your starter and main. We have selected the dessert for everyone. If you have any specific dietary requirements, please let us know and we can provide you with separate menu choices.

To help us with our planning, please RSVP as soon as possible. However, the deadline is December 2025.

As a couple we do not use social media. While we do not mind some photos being posted, we ask that you do this a few days after the wedding and consider the fact that we will not see your post ourselves.

Your presence on our special day is the greatest gift. If you’d like to help us celebrate, we’d greatly appreciate contributions towards our honeymoon fund.

To allow all guests to relax and enjoy themselves, we have chosen to make our special day adults only, other than immediate family.

There will be an allocated smoking/vape area outside. Please refrain from smoking or vaping in any other areas as we do not want smoke or clouds in our lovely photos.

If we have invited you to stay at Bourton Hall, you may check into your room at 12pm on the day of our wedding. Breakfast will be served in the morning and check out is at 10am.

The evening party will end at midnight. We ask all guests not staying at Bourton Hall to book a taxi for 11.30pm.
